Wills A
simple and effective Will arrangement
Are
you are one of the 50% of the population who have not made a Will? If so The Laws
of Intestacy will apply; Your estate will
be distributed by the authorities according to rules put in place over 80 years
ago. These are known as the Laws of Intestacy (1925). The
surviving spouse may have to share a large proportion of the Estate with the children
rather than having outright use of it themselves. The
implications can also be significant for unmarried partners, especially if they
have children. If you are unmarried with no
close relatives the Laws also stipulate that your Estate will pass to the Crown
if you don't have a Will in place.
We
provide a simple and low cost Will service. This is available whether or not a
Will Trust is taken out. If you are interested in proceeding
with a Will arrangement, either in isolation or in conjunction with our Discretionary
Will Trust and LATESS Trust arrangements, please contact us on 01727 737610
or email info@trustmatters.co.uk.
