I am sure you will remember the quotation by Benjamin Franklin in 1789 “in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes” nothing seems to have changed.
As many of you are aware we have been working with our retired professional clients and their families for over 25 years and we are seeing more requests from clients to both pre-arrange their funerals, conduct their funerals and subsequently help with probate.
In our capacity as Independent Financial Advisers we aim to hold as much comprehensive information about our clients as they wish to disclose which ultimately makes the administration of probate simpler both for us and the family hence reducing charges to a level we have found to be significantly lower than any Solicitor who is not in that privileged position.
